Getting Started

How does onboarding work?
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to talk through your business, goals, and what's not working. If we're a good fit, you'll receive a proposal and service agreement through HoneyBook. Once that's signed and your retainer is paid, we move into strategy, I build your content pillars, messaging angles, audience breakdown, and content calendar before we ever film anything. Onboarding typically takes 1-2 weeks before your first content goes live.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you want a strategy and plan you can execute yourself, the Blueprint is your starting point. If you want to test the full experience, strategy, filming, and content, without a monthly commitment, the Strategy + Launch is the move. If you're ready to hand it off completely and want consistent done-for-you content every month, that's Signature or Premium. Book a free discovery call and we will figure it out together.
Do you require contracts?
Yes. All clients sign a service agreement through HoneyBook before any work begins. Monthly management packages have a 4-month minimum, this is intentional. Social media is a long game and real results take consistent, strategic effort over time. One-time packages are project-based with a clear scope and timeline.

Content & Process

Do I need to provide my own photos and videos?
No, that's the point. For monthly management clients, I come to your location for a content day each month. I bring a shot list, scripts, and everything needed to film. You show up, I direct, and I leave with everything we need for the next 30 days of content. You don't need to figure out what to film, how to film it, or what to say. That's my job.
What happens on a content day?
Before we film anything, I've already built your strategy, content calendar, and scripts. On content day, I arrive at your location with a full shot list. I direct everything, what to say, how to stand, what to show, how to move. Signature includes a 2-hour session, Premium includes 4 hours. After the shoot, I take the raw footage and handle all editing, captioning, and scheduling.
Who writes the video scripts?
I do. Every script is written based on your brand voice, your audience's pain points, and the specific content goal for that post. You'll review them before we film so you can make sure they sound like you. Most clients find that after the first month, very little gets changed because I've locked in your voice.
What platforms do you manage?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Monthly management packages cover all five. We'll discuss during onboarding which platforms make the most sense for your business and audience, not every business needs to be everywhere.

Results & Timeline

How soon will I see results?
Social media is a long game. Most clients start seeing measurable growth in engagement and reach within 60-90 days of consistent, strategy-driven posting. Bookings and direct client inquiries from social typically follow at the 90-120 day mark. This is why monthly management requires a 4-month minimum, it takes time to build momentum, and we want to give your strategy time to actually work before evaluating performance.
How do you measure success?
Every month you receive a performance report that covers reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion metrics (link clicks, profile visits, calls, DMs). We measure against your specific business goals, not vanity metrics. If something isn't working, we adjust the strategy. You always know what's happening and why.
Can I upgrade or change my package?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades or changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Most clients who start with a Blueprint or Strategy + Launch end up converting to monthly management once they see how the process works, and that transition is smooth because all the strategy is already built.

Logistics

Do you work outside of Los Angeles?
For strategy, management, and one-time packages that don't involve filming, yes, I work with clients across the country. For packages that include in-person content days (Strategy + Launch, Signature, Premium), I'm based in Los Angeles and primarily serve the LA area. If you're outside LA, we can discuss options.
How do payments work?
All invoicing and payments are handled through HoneyBook. Monthly retainers are billed on the same date each month. One-time packages are invoiced upfront before work begins. Payment is due before any content is delivered or strategy work starts.
